The location was perfect, right behind the shopping street and is 2-3 away from the Kölner Dom by walk. You can walk everywhere easily and the staff were kind and helpful. We arrived so early in the morning (5 a.m.) and couldn't early check-in as our room was full, however, the receptionist saw us being tired and gave us a room just to rest for a few hours for free till our room is ready. This was very kind of him ( don't remember his name), and I really appreciated it. Thank you again!

Clean and very sleek apartment. Loved the bathroom and the single bed was super comfy. It was impeccably cleaned and the staff were all lovely. Even when we had issues they were resolved instantly. Code system for the doors is nice too! meant one less thing to worry about. And location for the price really couldn't be any better! only a 5 min walk to the old town. Also very easy check in and check out with all fees covered beforw arrival. Would happily stay here again.

We were in an apartment so it was separate from the main hotel and an adventure to find being on the top floor round the corner! Staff helpful and welcoming. Bonus of luggage storage area and less than 10 minutes from cologne station.

Didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel. Room comfortable, disappointed there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Good location, was quite easy to miss the entrance as there was no sign outside. Good location for the shops. Shower very good considering it was over a bath as opposed to a stand alone shower. I liked that you could leave your luggage in a secure room before and after check in and out.

Location was very good and close to local attractions and shopping centres and train station. Rooms are soundproof, couldn't hear any noise from the street. Comfortable sleep. Rooms clean and well-furnished. Room service was very quick in refreshing towels daily. Faulty hairdryer was replaced very quick by staff.
